Our hope is that all performers will appreciate their love of dance more, in a place where there are no limits to what each student can attain. Their only competition is to challenge themselves in their art of dance. We at PLATINUM PERFORMING ARTS COMPETITION are dedicated to bringing a positive atmosphere and building self confidence for every performer from the Beginner through to the Advanced Dancer.

Miss Kay Duffy
Miss Kay has danced pretty much her entire life. Her mother started her at a local studio to give her confidence and she hasn’t stopped dancing ever since! Kay has almost 30 years of experience as the Owner and Director of Miss Kay’s School of Dance. Prior to opening the dance studio she was a former competitive dancer with hundreds of awards and loved her time a New England Patriots Cheerleader. Kay studied both Dance & Acting in NYC and was a professional dancer, model, and fitness trainer in both NYC and Boston. She was also a former local and national beauty/talent pageant(s) winner and has experience judging both dance competitions and pageants.
Miss Melissa Craven
Melissa has had a love of dance since she started at 3 years old. Melissa Grew up dancing and competing in local dance competitions. While in college at Bridgewater State University, she began teaching at Miss Kay’s School of dance. Melissa has studied all genres of dance and after receiving her degree in Business Management, she took on the role of Operations Manager at Miss Kay’s School of Dance while continuing to teach.
